Banquet
BHSA members compete all show season to accumulate points in their respective divisions. The BHSA hosts the annual Year End Awards Banquet to honor those members who are High Point award winners. In addition to stunning perpetual trophies, ribbons and awards for regular BHSA divisions, several special awards including the Arianna Cox Junior Sportsmanship Award, the Sally Lamb Adult Sportsmanship Award, the George Grampp Memorial Perfect Parent Award and the Virginia Pony Breeders Association High Point Awards are also presented at the banquet.

*Absolutely no walk-ins will be accepted at the door.
*EVERYONE must have a ticket, regardless of meal-choice and/or age.
*Attire is semi-formal.
*Ribbons are awarded for 1st-8th place. Prizes are awarded for 1st-6th place.
*BHSA does not mail out year-end awards or ribbons. If you are unable to attend,
please arrange for someone who is attending the Banquet to pick up your award.
*Early prize pick-ups are not allowed as it interferes with setup.
*Tickets are non-refundable after sales have closed.

DEADLINE: All Sponsorships must be received by January 24th to be printed in the program.

Silent Auction
BHSA is accepting donations for the Silent Auction held at the Annual Banquet.
Items may be horse related, or not. Proceeds help to cover the costs of banquet prizes.
Barns are asked to donate a basket of goodies for the Silent Auction.
Show Managers are encouraged to consider donating a class or division.
Riding Instructors are encouraged to donate a riding lesson or group of lessons.
These are wonderful ways to advertise and generate new business.
