Loans of Items will be facilitated during the: break, lunch, and after school. Books can be returned to the Library Media Centre at any time.
Lower School
Check out three items for a period of one week.
Items renewal twice consecutively.
Sixth Form
Check out four items for a period of one week.
Items renewal twice consecutively.
Hold Requests
Users can place a hold on an item that reserves it for a period of seven days.
At the end of this period, the item becomes active again.
Some items are held in the Reserve section and must be requested at the Circulation Desk.
The Library is responsible for providing Teachers with teaching or supplementary textbooks.
These textbooks will be loaned to the Teachers for the Academic school year.
The responsibility of the teachers will be to return their textbooks at the end of the Academic school year for processing, maintenance and reassignment.
Textbooks will be re-issued at the beginning of the new Academic school year. Note permission may be granted to Teachers who wish to use the textbooks during the vacation period.
Reference materials are used only in the library. Reference materials are not for loan. They include:

Teaching and Supplementary texts are provided at the beginning of each academic year based on requests made via the Head of Department (HOD).
Our two libraries are well equipped with "Media display screens" that promote national festivities, international and national observances, motivational and educational tips, etc. We also provide:

NCSE, CSEC and CAPE Past papers and syllabi for subject areas offered at the school will be made available to all students.

The Library is well equip to offer Information Literacy sessions as it relates to referencing "Bibliography/References/Citation/In-Text" if required by Teachers.
The provision of a space within the library that allows teachers to use the available technology in their class sessions.
In this area teachers can view audio-visual materials such as; DVDs, CDs, etc or they can use it to facilitate reference studies and foster reading.
Staff will need to visit the Library so as to manually schedule sessions. Note: teachers will not be allowed to schedule during the Lunch periods.
Persons using the Multipurpose room should ensure:
The room is tidy after use (desks are in place without graffiti and that there's no litter on the floor).
The projector and computer are switched off at the end of the session.
The whiteboard cleaned after use.
Lights turned off upon exiting the room.

The Teacher is required to check the item before taking it out of the Library, to ensure that all the pieces are intact. Upon return it to the Library staff will check to ensure everything is intact.
The Teacher will be held liable if the item is damaged or if pieces are missing.
