Mrs. Rhonda-Lee Lewis

Bio:  Mrs. Lewis is a graduate of Sangre Grande Secondary, North-Eastern College and Toco Secondary, having attended these institutions from 1996-2003. On leaving Toco Secondary, she worked with the On the Job Training program for about nine months as a teaching assistant before taking up a teaching post at St Hilary’s Preparatory School in 2006. She left this institution in April 2006 and began working for NALIS by June of the same year. 

She went to read for an undergraduate degree in Library and Information Science at the University of the West Indies (UWI), Mona, Jamaica. On graduating from UWI, she was placed in Five Rivers Secondary as a Librarian I. She worked as a librarian 1 for three years at Five Rivers before becoming a Librarian II at The Secondary School Library Supervisory unit in the Educational Library Service Department at NALIS.

In 2021 she was transferred to the special Library Division and place at Mount Hope Medical Women’s Library for March – July.  She applied for the position of Library Manager in November of 2020 and called for interview in January of 2021. She took up the post of Library Manager at Bishop Anstey High School and Trinity College East (BATCE) from 3rd August 2021 to present.
