Input the year you want to view in the "Setup" tab.
To include sunset times, select "All". For just times during the Fast, choose "Fast".
The resulting calendar looks like this (with no sunset times):
Here's the complete year (for 2015/2016). You can print this now, without using Excel, by opening this image in a new tab of your browser, then printing it. If printed across a number of sheets, it would make a usable wall poster for planning!
