Comments on "The Mahbub ul Haq Memorial Lecture on Regional Cooperation and Ethics of Globalizaiton" by Ali Khan. Pakistan Development Review, Vol.43, number 4, Winter 2004, 353-396.

Abstract

First of all I would like to say that I am a great admirer of Professor Khan. He did non-standard analysis for his dissertation, and has continued to follow non-standard lines of research. His courage in stepping out of the bounds of convention has been and inspiration to me.
