Thomas Henry, Bouster, born 1820, was an exceptional fiddle player.

Pat Shuldham Shaw composed a tune ‘Herra Boys’ when on a trip to Shetland and Debbie Scott composed ‘The Bouster Boy’ in respect of Peerie Willie Johnson.

The Wilderness is home to the talented fiddle playing Robertson family.
