Fire Elemental

A large floating ball of fire. Fire elementals are not actually incorporeal; they have a large burning core, like a huge coal or lump of lava. A typical fire elemental is a sphere roughly five yards across, that fights with blasts of flame. Unlike most summoned creatures, fire elementals do not persist for long on this plane, and will burn themselves out within an hour unless some force sustains them.
