The US Navy sees UFOs because Atlanteans live beneath the ocean. The crust of the earth is 5 to 30 miles thick. UFOs come from cities carved out of the crust that are entered through walls of deep ocean trenches.

Puerto Rico and Catalina Island are UFO hotspots because Atlanteans live in cities with entrances in the walls of trenches located near these islands.

The Atlantean hypothesis suggests these creatures are bio-engineered clones created to perform tasks. These tasks include human abductions, bio-harvesting cattle mutilations, and perhaps crop circles. The use of these creatures indicates our Atlantean planetmates do not want to interact with us mere surface humans.

Atlanteans are also referred to as Tall Whites, Nordics, Pleiadians, Anunnaki, Pahana, Kachina, Jahu, Dropa, Danuna, Sea People, Atlas, Viracocha, Osiris, Quetzalcoatl, Anakim, Manu, Wandjina, Archon, Star People, Others, Rephaim, Shining Ones, Nephilim, Sky Beings, Watchers, gods, and other names throughout history and around the globe. As natural selection is not teleological, we must not imagine our species' particular course of natural selection (which resulted in the ability to create symbol systems) being copied on another planet. This duplication would entail the exact reproduction of countless chance mutations.

There is no doubt life throughout the universe. It is the distances that are the problem. And the evident uniqueness of human symbol use. Walker Percy and other theorists argue human symbol use is unique to human beings among all of the earth's species. Even if another planet can support life, using the earth's ratio of 1/5,000,000,000, there is a huge leap between Drake's F(l) and his F(i). Our ability to create symbols may be unique:

Even if Homo sapiens symbolificus is not unique in our ability to form symbol systems, the universe is so vast the likelihood of encountering a fellow crosser of the triadic threshold is proportionally limited.

We know intelligent life evolved on earth. Why look elsewhere for an explanation of intelligently controlled technologically advanced craft? Once it is realized the capacity to develop symbol systems has been around for at least 75,000 years, the seeming anachronistic nature of Atlantean culture is explained.

Technological advancement is the result of development, not evolution. The difference between Darwinism and social Darwinism must be understood. Alfred Russell Wallace, the co-discoverer of natural selection, differed from Darwin on his understanding of the applicability of natural selection to human beings.

We are not using smart phones instead of typing Morse code over telegraph lines because of who had the most babies in the past 150 years. We did not advance from the Wright brothers first flight to landing on the moon because of who had the most babies in 66 years. The underlying mechanism for technological change is symbolic, not genetic. We must come to a more semiotic understanding of what it is to be a human being to understand the Atlantean hypothesis and its implications. As Benjamin Farrington states in his book _What Darwin really Said_ : "All that we need to uncover and reject is Darwin's inability to distinguish a human from a biological fact."

WE THE PEOPLE do not pay taxes to fund an elite class of illuminated ones ruling over taxpaying masses who are kept in the dark and fed lies. Authorities in possession of evidence need to disclose it immediately. Knowledge is power. Power is security. Security is why taxpayers pay taxes. Disclosure/confirmation is about improving our scientific understanding of who we are as a species.

WE THE PEOPLE threatened to storm area 51, exhibiting the same frustration as President Eisenhower when he threatened to use the Army for the same purpose. Even Ike, as the Commander-in-Chief, was refused the information he demanded. Enough is enough.

What other forms of bio-engineered creatures have Atlanteans created? Do Atlanteans interact with us at all? Did Travis Walton meet both little grey abductors and their Atlantean creators?

Those who control the evidence are concerned with the military conquest of some surface humans over other surface humans. Generals are not paid to discover and disclose truth. War, not science, is their way of life. War enriches and empowers them. Lying is necessary for war makers.

We need truth telling scientists, not war making liars, to have the power.

Where is that philosopher king?

Will she gain the power to confirm and disclose?

Good people with the best interest of humanity in mind will eventually take control of and publish all available UFO/UAP evidence. As Neil Armstrong said to a group of students during a speech he gave in 1994 at the White House on the 25th anniversary of his having seen UFOs on the moon: "We leave you much that is undone. There are great ideas undiscovered, breakthroughs available to those who can remove one of truth’s protective layers. There are places to go beyond belief."
