Don’t try to recruit someone into the business. Just get them to the office and let your Leader/RVP, the environment and the presentation recruit them for you. (Just focus on inviting people.)
It’s a numbers business. If you want 3 guests to show up, you need to invite 6 to10. (Do not take it personally.)
Driving your guests to the office dramatically increases the odds of them showing up. PPU (picking People Up)
Make sure they are dressed properly (no jeans or sneakers) and arrive on time (15 minutes early).
Make sure they sign in and seat them in front of the room.
Sit next to them and watch the presentation with enthusiasm. People will do what you do.
Don’t try to explain anything to them, if they ask you a question, point to your Leader/RVP and let them know that the business briefing will explain everything.
It is not the words you say, but the way you say them. If you are excited about the opportunity, your guests will be too.
Conduct before, during and after is just as important as the meeting.
Make sure that if your guests have questions, they need to be answered by the Leader/RVP because you are new and are not licensed yet.
