Award-winning Australian Journalist/Publisher/Founder and Editor of Wikileaks, Julian Assange has been arbitrarily detained in Belmarsh Maximum Security Prison, London in condtions deemed by the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Torture to be 'psychological torture' - awaiting an extradition hearing 20th of February 2024 to face 17 charges under the Espionage Act for having published evidence of serious breaches of the Geneva Conventions by U.S. Military during their illegal invasion and occuption of Iraq.
