Statistical genetics is my area of research, so I especially enjoy introducing others to applications of math in genetics. Below you will find samples of course materials I developed as a teaching assistant for Quantitative Genetics and Computational Genomics, courses for senior undergraduates and first- and second-year graduate students. You will also find the lesson plans for Tracking the Elusive Gene: Computers, Math, and DNA, a course I developed for high-school students. This course proved somewhat ambitious for the students I taught; I think that many of the lessons would work as well, if not better, as modules in a course for undergraduates.
