The 2023 AGM will be held on 24 September  at 7:30 pm at the Hen & Chicks

Agenda

1. Apologies for absence.

2. Minutes of the previous meeting.

3. Financial Statement.

4. Election of Officers.

   1. Chair

   2. Secretary

   3. Treasurer

5. Confirmation of team names, venues and captains.

Due to the number of changes arising this year  a formal confirmation of who is playing where is needed before we can draw up a fixture list.

6. Motions.

Motions should be forwarded to the Chairman as soon as possible.

7. Dates. 

Proposed start 22 October, Christmas Quiz 17 December, Restart 7 January.

NB. These dates are only included a a starting place for discussion.

8. Any Other Business. No substantive motions can be raised under AOB, only discussions and clarifications
