Presentation of Accounts
Jeff announced there is currently £345.29 in the account so fees can remain the same as 2021, i.e. £50 per team. Please could teams pay their fees to Jeff when they first play the Goose & Cuckoo, either home or away.

Nick Smith will continue to be the “Post Office”, with home team members collecting the questions except if visiting the Crown, Longtown when it may be more convenient for the visiting team to collect. (Although not mentioned during the AGM, if Nick is away, I’m happy to substitute for him – 9, St. Helen’s Road, NP7 5UY)
Time for answering: 1 minute for first team, 30 seconds for pass-over. Question master / mistress to be strict and possibly use a stop watch (on most mobile phones)
Individual questions: 2 points if individual answers; 1 point if opened to the team; 1 point for pass-over.

Christmas Quiz provisionally scheduled for Dec. 19th at the Crown, Pantygelli.

Matters arising
It appears that there will be 9 teams, playing from 6 venues: The Crown, Pantygelli; The Crown, Longtown; The Station, Abergavenny; The Goose & Cuckoo, Upper Llanover; The Llanover Sports & Social Club; Tafarn Y Bont, Gofilon; The first three venues will host 2 teams, playing home on alternate weeks.
