GUIDELINES FOR USE OF ELMER AND LOUISE FOSKETT MONEYS RECEIVED FROM ELAINE SMITH:
Foskett money will be used to sponsor two students each year to attend a summer music camp up to the amount of $500 per student. This grant will be a one-time allotment per student. Students applying for this scholarship will have to meet the Tri-City Chapter requirements for the scholarship, which will include performing on the April Student Recital. A check will be made payable to the music camp. With proof the registration fees have all ready been paid the check will be reimbursed to the parents.
The student scholarship fund will be maintained and kept as a separate budget line items.
Any other use of these funds must be voted on and accepted by a majority of the board.
