Peer Review
CIP Level 3 is also known as 'Peer Review'. It is the final stage of NACE CIP certification, and takes the form of a face-to-face interview with 3 industry experts. They might ask questions on any technical subject defined by the CIP course materials, and on a number of practical scenarios based on real-life inspections. The interview takes up to 2 hours to complete.
Candidates must have a minimum level of field experience as an inspector before taking the examination. Documents providing details of this experience must be submitted to NACE before Certification can be awarded. An application with submission forms can be found in your NACE Certification portal. This can be found by logging in to your NACE profile at www.nace.org
