Getting to Kraków

Air travel:

The John Paul II International Kraków Airport is the second largest in Poland. It offers scheduled services to many European and worldwide destinations, e.g., New York, Chicago, London, Paris, Rome, Berlin and Scandinavian capitals. There are also many connections to international transfer hubs, such as Franfurt, Munich or Amsterdam. Train:

Kraków is a major rail hub in Poland with InterCity express train service to many European destinations. The Central Railway Station is located within a 15-min walk from the conference venue, and a convenient tram service runs every 10 minutes.

Highway:

Kraków can be reached by highway A4 from Germany, and by national roads E40 (East-West) and E77 (North-South).

Visas

Poland is a member of the European Union and a signatory of the so-called Schengen agreement.
