Student Participation Support

AVSS-2013 is pleased to offer Student Participation Support, on a highly competitive basis, to student attendees. Since only a limited amount of financial support is available, priority will be given, although not limited, to student authors and students who have a genuine need for financial support. In case of student authors, the paper quality will be taken into consideration. The support will be in the form of a registration fee waiver.

To apply for Student Participation Support, please fill out the following Student Participation Support Application Form. The deadline for application is June 10, 2013 June 17, 2013.

You will need to:

• provide a short explanation of financial need,
• send a scanned copy of your student ID,
• ask your advisor to email a supporting statement for your application.
