Registration
Below are registration categories available at AVSS-2013. Please, carefully read the information below the table.
Approximate exchange rates as of May 20, 2013: 1 Euro = 4.17 PLN, 1 USD = 3.19 PLN (your credit card or bank may charge a different rate).
Each conference attendee must be registered separately. A registration is valid only with completed payment.
Full (non-student) registration entitles the attendee to technical sessions, workshops on Aug. 27, coffee breaks, welcome reception, conference banquet, as well as conference materials and electronic conference proceedings.
Student registration entitles the attendee to all of the above except for the conference banquet.
Information for authors: Each accepted paper must be accompanied by a full (non-student) registration. Each full registration covers only 1 paper. For an accepted paper to appear in the conference proceedings, at least one full (non-student) registration must be received by June 17, 2013.
IEEE Membership: You must be an IEEE Member at the time of registration to receive the IEEE member discount. Please visit ieee.org/join for details.
Forms of payment: Both on-line and on-site registration accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, and Maestro. On-line registration also allows wire transfers (details, including bank account number, will be emailed to the registrant). Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate.
Visa information: IEEE has strict guidelines regarding invitation letters for visa purposes. Such letters will only be issued to prospective attendees who have completed the registration process (including the payment). For more information regarding visas, please visit the Travel and Visas page. A request for an invitation letter can be made during registration or by emailing visas@avss2013.org. Please register early and immediately request an invitation letter to allow ample time for visa processing.
Refund policy: Withdrawals until July 5, 2013 will incur a 200 PLN administration fee. A written statement of withdrawal must be submitted via email to registration@avss2013.org. There will be no refunds after July 5, 2013.
