Class 3

WEEK 1

Technology helps children become independent learners more quickly. Once they learn how to access digital information sources safely, they're able to explore the topics that interest them on their own.This week, students learned to take different  camera shots and angles to be used in filming. They have started to practice recording and editing some of the videos they have taken. Students also try to do voice over.

In this week, all the related pupils have learned how to introduce themselves based  on the Mandarin structure provided. And how can they express interest which they want to do in their channel appropriately. Pupils have chosen and modified the film script they will need for next stages. Additionally, pupils have learned lots of modern network vocabulary in Chinese and how to protect personal information.

For all of them, have made sure of the channel style and topic selection.

This week, the English class has been buzzing with creativity as students have been hard at work, brimming with ideas, meticulously crafting their scripts. It's a captivating journey of brainstorming, planning, and writing, as these young minds embark on a thrilling adventure of storytelling in the digital realm.

For class 3 STEM, we discussed how to create a YouTube Channel. Students will be creating their respective logos and banners on Friday 7 July and Monday 10 July.

Will be uploading them hopefully by Monday 10 July.

On the first day of summer school, students learned to get to know each other.  They learned how to write some scripts about themselves and introduce themselves to others. For example, they can tell what they like to do, what ability they can do very well, what they are proud of themselves the most.  They can write or draw depending on their age/writing’s abilities.

Trimming and cutting your clips is one of the most fundamental and important video editing features. Students learn some errors by fixing their own work. Furthermore, it makes students more responsible for their work and might enhance the quality of the final result. Class 3,started exploring editing tools and began filming their video in the green room this week.

In our English classes this week, we had lots of fun learning! We made videos for YouTube to help us get better at English. We did a lot of research on different things and learned a whole bunch about them. We also learned how to plan our videos carefully, so they would be interesting and easy to understand. We made sure our videos had a good order and told a great story.

It may surprise you to learn that having strong editing abilities in both photo and video can help you create interesting stories on social media and also posotively influences viewers. In this last week, students in class 3 were able to individually create some truly outstanding video content.Editing skills can even boost learning confidence!

Final Edition!

This week the students are taught on reading and using social media analytics to increase their social media presence. They are also taught on how to stay safe on the internet and use copyright materials accordingly.
