How do I Transfer a call using a physical desk phone?

Note: Transfer button may appear differently on different models. Some have handset to handset OR small phone to phone on the button.

(On a desk phone, the Send button may instead be an OK or a Circle in the center of the arrow pad.)

• For blind transfer: Press Transfer, dial number or extension, press Send and hang up.

• Attended transfer: Press Transfer, dial number or extension, press Send.

• Attended transfer: Press the Hold button number or extension to which you want to transfer, announce the call and press Transfer, followed by Send, then hang up.
