Launch 3CX Desktop App.
On the Left side of the screen click on the 3 dots.
Choose the 'Settings' option.
Click the Change password button
Put in Old password.
(If you do not remember your password, but you have access to the 3CX screen you can have your Credentials resent by clicking the blue "Resend Credentials' button located on the bottom right of the screen. An email will be sent to you that contains your current password.)
Put in a New Password and then Confirm.
Click Save on the bottom right of screen.
(If you are changing your password for the first time your OLD password can be found on your Welcome email. IF you have previously changed your password and don't remember what it is then contact your administrator by filling out a helpdesk ticket, https://helpdesk.dallas.sil.org/ , and a new Welcome email will be sent to you which will contain your password)
