Launch 3CX Desktop App.
On the Left side of the screen click on the 3 dots.
Choose the 'Settings' option.
Click the Change password button
Put in Old password.
( 3 CX no longer remembers your password. Please be sure to write it down and store is a safe spot.) But you have access to the 3CX screen you can have your Credentials resent by clicking the blue "Resend Credentials' button located on the bottom right of the screen. An email will be sent to you that contains a password reset in the 'CREATE PASSWORD' section of the email. Click the 'Click here' link.
Put in a New Password and then Confirm.
Click Save on the bottom right of screen.
. IF you have previously changed your password and don't remember what it is then contact your administrator by filling out a helpdesk ticket, https://dallassil.on.spiceworks.com/portal/ , and a new Welcome email will be sent to you which will contains instructions on creating a new password.
