Dallas IT will issue you an extension upon manager request. Once that has been requested, next you will receive a welcome email that looks like the one below. The email will be from ILC PBX <Notifications@notify.dallas.sil.org> with a subject line of "Information About Your User Account on the ILC Phone System." Please review the email you receive for helpful information on getting started, including your extension number, how to create a password, your voicemail pin, and instructions on how to get started with your computer and/or your cell phone app.
Retrieve your credentials from your Welcome Email.
Create a password by clicking the link in the Welcome Email.
Go to your Web Client by clicking the link in the Welcome Email section "Access the Web Client"
Log in using your extension and password.
