Season Pass allows the car owner to have unlimited access to parking in and out at Medan Connaught, Cheras Building, at a fixed monthly rate.

1. What is a Vehicle Sticker?

A Vehicle Sticker allows registered car or motorcycle owners to access the Balakong Factory. Each sticker includes a unique serial number.

3. How much is the monthly fee?

The Vehicle Sticker is provided free of charge (FOC).

4. Where should I place the Vehicle Sticker?

The sticker must be clearly displayed in one of the following locations, as registered:

a) On the windscreen of your car.

b) On the front of your motorcycle.

5. What should I do if the Vehicle Sticker is lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged?

You must report the incident immediately to your supervisor or the HR Department. A replacement fee of RM 20.00 will be charged.

6. What happens if I resign or end my internship/contract?

a) You are required to return the Vehicle Sticker to the HR Department.

b) If the sticker is not returned, a fee of RM 20.00 will be charged, which can be deducted from your final salary or paid in cash.

7. What are the Terms & Conditions?

a) The sticker is non-transferable and cannot be used by another individual or vehicle without prior written consent from the company.

b) The sticker must be displayed at all times when entering the premises.

c) Security personnel may verify your identity or vehicle information.

d) The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
