What if I wish to purchase at SEE Cafe or other outlets?
As a staff, you can use SM membership privileges.
Is there any limit for the purchase for the month?
Yes, it is limited to RM2,000.00 per person per month.

b) Then, choose your item to purchase.

Where can I collect my staff purchase?
a) Self Pickup : After making a purchase, you can collect your items during operating hours at the Balakong Factory and CG02 Cheras for CK Products.
b) Home delivery : Delivery to your personal address at your own expense (an RM10 delivery fee will apply; refer to the admin page for the latest information).
Can I resell the purchase?
No, you are not allowed to resell your purchase or purchase on behalf of someone else. This is for the benefit of existing permanent staff only.
What would happen if I was caught for reselling my purchase?
Disciplinary action will be taken against you, including immediate termination.
What is SM Membership?
SM Membership is a benefit that allows staff to enjoy benefits equivalent to Platinum members, including 20% Discount on your food and beverage at SEE Cafe.
What are the conditions for SM Membership?
a) The membership is only applicable to full-time staff, including probation or confirmed staff.
b) Purchases can only be made at SEE Cafe or outlets.
How to register as an SM Membership?
a) Visit the Signature Market website at www.signaturemarket.co/ or download the Signature Market app at https://www.signaturemarket.co/.
b) LOGIN - Use your SM admin page login username to log in.
c) PASSWORD - Enter your password, which is a combination of the last four digits of your phone number and your employee number. You can change your password after logging in.

Can I use my membership (store credit) for other people's purchases?
a) No, you are not allowed to earn store credit for others (customers, friends, family, or anyone else).
b) SM store credit is exclusively for customers.
Can I resell my purchase?

What is Medical Benefits?
Medical benefit is a benefit that allows staff to reimburse or claim back your medical and dental expenses or when staff receive medical treatment in terms of money.
What are the conditions for medical benefits?
a) Applicable for confirmed full-time staff.
b) For Spouse and kid(s) only.

How do I calculate my medical entitlement for the latest month?
a) Reimbursement will be made based on the receipt date.
b) A total of RM 600.00 per calendar year on a pro-rata basis and accumulated by month (average RM50 per month).
c) The formula is [Months of service x RM50 - used previous month].
For eg. In October 2024, if I started working on 26 May 2024, I claimed my medical of RM30 in September 2024, I have accumulated RM220.00 [5 months x RM50 - RM30].
What do my medical benefits cover?
a) Sick / Accident / General treatment from clinic or hospital.
b) Dental (filling / scaling / tooth extraction).
c) Medical checkups and dental treatment (excludes cosmetic dentistry, beautification, and any unregistered medical practitioners).
How do I apply for a medical claim?
a) Apply through the HR System (GreatDay) under the claim form.
Step : Features > Claim Form > Add New Claims Form > Enter Title > Add Claim > New > Select Medical Claim > Transaction Date (Date of MC) > Upload File > Next > Enter Total Amount > Submit.
b) Pass the original documents (Medical receipt) to HR before the salary cut-off which is the 25th of every month.
What if I lost my original medical receipt?
You are advised to contact the clinic to reissue a new receipt.
Can I use my medical benefits for my spouse or kids?
Yes, you can enjoy medical reimbursement for your spouse and kids only.
However, not allowed for your friends, parents, or partners.
What if I did not use my medical entitlement?
If you did not use your medical entitlement, it will be transferred to the Wellness program by the employee as a no-claim bonus.
Do unused medical benefits carry forward to the next year?
No. Medical benefits will be refreshed every January of the year.
What is a Wellness Program?
A Wellness Program is a benefit that allows staff to reimburse or claim back their wellness expenses or when staff receives non-medical treatment in terms of money.
What are the conditions for the Wellness Program?
a) Applicable for confirmed full-time staff.
b) Supported by a valid receipt.
c) Pharmacy expenses are not allowed.
How do I calculate my wellness entitlement for the latest month?
The calculation is combined with your medical benefits.

How do I apply for the insurance?
a) If you have planned to undergo surgery or hospitalization as advised by a doctor, kindly inform your supervisor / HR at least 1 week before the admission or undergoing any surgery.
b) Download AIA apps via mobile phone and key in your NRIC.
c) You can check with your doctor regarding the coverage directly too.
How much does the insurance cover?
AIA Group Medical Insurances can cover up to RM10,000.00.
What are the reasons my claim was rejected?
If your insurance claim was rejected or considered invalid, this may because of the late submission, incomplete documents, or false declaration.
Can I use my insurance benefits for my spouse or kids?
No, this privilege is only for confirmed full-time staff.
What is PH?
PH is a benefit that allows staff to enjoy the day off from work on dates recognized by the government.

Can I volunteer to facilitate the event?
Yes, you are welcome to volunteer as a facilitator or participant in any company event to gain a unique and valuable experience.
What is OT?
OT is a benefit that allows employees to be compensated for any hours worked beyond their regularly scheduled working hours, upon request and approval by their supervisor.
What are the conditions to apply for OT?
a) Applicable to staff who earn below RM4,000.00 (Basic + fixed allowance) per month.
b) Operations team (QAQC, Planning, FFM, Production, and Warehouse).
c) Retail outlet team.
d) Admin office staff (Finance, Purchasing, CCT, HR, etc.), OT pay is only applicable for work done an hour after normal working hours; unless with special approval.
e) Prior approval from the Supervisor is required before starting any OT work.
f) Tea break or dinner break is not included in the OT calculation.
*However, specific categories of employees, such as managerial or executive positions, may be exempt from overtime pay entitlements, unless approved by the supervisor.
How do I apply for OT?
a) Obtain prior approval from the Supervisor before initiating any OT work.
b) Apply through the HR System (GreatDay) within 2 days after completing OT work.
c) Make sure the Supervisor approves before the salary cut-off which is the 25th of every month.

What is RL?
Replacement Leave (RL) is a benefit that allows managerial or executive employees to be compensated for specific hours worked beyond their regularly scheduled working hours, upon request and approval by their supervisor.
What are the conditions to apply for RL?
a) Applicable to managerial or executive positions.
b) Worked 4 hours and below 7 hours = 0.5 day of RL.
c) Worked 7 hours = 1 day of RL.
d) Tea break or dinner break is not included.
e) Prior approval from the Supervisor is required before starting any OT work.
f) MUST take attendance clock in & clock out via HR System (GreatDay).
How do I apply for OT?
a) Obtain prior approval from the Supervisor before initiating any OT work.
b) Apply Overtime > Extra Day through the HR System (GreatDay) within 2 days after completing OT work.
c) Make sure the Supervisor approves before the salary cut-off which is the 25th of every month.
d) RL will be reflected in HR System (GreatDay) once the Overtime Extra Day is approved by the supervisor in HR System (GreatDay).
e) RL is valid for 3 months from the date the overtime was performed.
Does the Supervisor have the right to approve or reject my OT / RL request?
Yes, the Supervisor has the authority to approve or reject your OT / RL request based on operational requirements and team considerations.
What is Outstation Allowance?
Employees who are eligible for a Outstation allowance, subject to management discretion, shall be entitled to coverage for all work-related travel, including car maintenance, outstation travel, and meals.
What are the conditions to apply for this allowance?
a) The allowance is applicable to employees in management, managerial, or executive positions, or other authorized employees.
b) The allowance applies to travel within Malaysia or overseas.
c) Prior approval from the HOD is required before the travel.
How do I apply for this allowance?
a) Obtain prior approval from the Head of Department (HOD) before initiating any travel.
b) Apply through the HR System (GreatDay) under the claim form.
c) Step : Features > Claim Form > Add New Claims Form > Enter Title > Add Claim > New > Select Outstation Allowance > Transaction Date (Date start Traveling) > Enter location > Note Destination & Event Name > Next > Enter Total Amount > Submit.
d) It is the employee's responsibility to follow up with the HOD to ensure approval of the allowance.
e) Cut off Date : 25th of every month.
Does the Supervisor have the right to approve or reject my request?
Yes, the Supervisor has the authority to approve or reject your request.
What's the allowance entitlement?
a) Examples of countries GDP per capita above USD 15,000 may refer to Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, Europe, Taiwan, etc.
b) Examples of countries GDP per capita USD 5,000 to USD 15,000 may refer to Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippine, Cambodia, Laos, China etc.
