Requesting a Laptop

Please note that loaning a laptop is intended for students who will need to use the laptop for longer than a week. If you need to use something in the short term we ask that you look at using desktops that are available around the University.

Please note that we will need to know the reason for the requested loan and would ask that you provide us with evidence where necessary as this will help us to speed up the process. If you are looking to borrow a laptop for one year or longer, you are required to return the equipment to the department for checking at the end of each year and we will contact you to discuss if this is something we can accommodate.
