A school administrator must designate a ‘Primary Scheduler’ and a ‘Substitute Scheduler’ (backup) for each of the forms. The ‘Primary Scheduler’ and ‘Substitute Scheduler’ should not be the same person.
Any time a scheduler changes jobs or locations, the administrator must designate a new user for the role. Without a user marked as a ‘Primary’ or ‘Substitute’ scheduler, the electronic form information will not be updated on the student's demographics or schedule.
