Building an Advanced Report
The Advanced Report has access to all fields in Focus. Use the Advanced Report to create a specialized report with any detailed information needed.
The "More Search Options" drop down button is used to define who will be included in the report with the criteria chosen. The "Fields to Include In Report" box is used to create each column of data that will show on the report.

Co-Teacher: Assigning for a TBA teacher
A co-teacher needs to be added in order to have access to online instructional materials or for a teacher to have gradebook access. Within Focus, administrators have gradebook access to all teachers without being added as a co-teacher. However, if the administrator needs access to online textbooks, they will need to be added as a co-teacher. Attendance will be done through the front office Administration tab. Subs assigned as a TBA will not have access to attendance, gradebook or online instructional materials. **Please note that not all vendors of online resources will accept the addition of a co-teacher to provide access. Please reach out to subject area content specialists in Leading and Learning with questions about which resources provide access to assigned co-teachers.

Elementary PK - 3: 18 students per teacher
Middle: 4 - 8: 22 students per teacher
High: 9-12: 25 students per teacher
