Academic & College Counselor

Mr. Touch was born in Thailand and moved to the USA when he was seven years old. His youth was filled with cartoons, video-games, and biking adventures around town. He went to his local community college, Delta College of San Joaquin, for two years, and then transferred to San Francisco State University. After a year at State, he transferred to University of the Pacific. The small, challenging yet nurturing environment providing him many opportunities to excel and discover himself. He graduated from UOP with a degree in Psychology and immediately went to the University of San Francisco for his Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis on School Counseling. He interned at Lawton Alternative and Abraham Lincoln High School. After graduating in 2009, he worked at Abraham Lincoln and Thurgood Marshall for a few years before coming to George Washington in 2014. Currently, he is an Academic Counselor for homerooms: Merced-Robles, Clinton, Lu, and Parry, and provides college counseling to the whole Washington community. He can either be found in room 115F or 114.

Asides from being a counselor, Mr. Touch enjoys traveling, biking, practicing yoga, discovering and sharing music, and spending time with his family and friends.
