Income Verification (VOI) is available for select properties only.
This job aid provides information on how to make adjustments and proceed with updating the verification section to allow the decision to be added to the screening that reflects the denial letter.
Example: The Income Verification site is processing an application as a denial, but the denial letter is not properly showing the reason of the denial since the VOI is still pending.
For negative rental verifications that do not meet your requirements, you can use the Verification section of the address info tab.
Set the Verification to “Does Not Meet Requirements” and run an edit. That should add a reason to the result as rental ownership history does not meet requirements which will show on the Adverse Action Letter.
