CANCEL INCOME VERIFICATION

Income Verification (VOI) is available for select properties only.
This job aid provides information regarding how to terminate the VOI service prior to the invite expiration window by using the Cancel Income Verification option.
Access Resident Screening US by selecting it under Roles or by searching for Resident Screening US.
Select the icon in the top right corner and select Analytics > Applicants List
Use the filter at the bottom to search for the applicant.
Click on the applicant’s name.
Under Action choose Cancel Income Verification.
Once Cancel Income Verification is selected, in the Comments field provide a detailed explanation on the reason you are selecting this option.
Once a remark is entered, select Save.

Income Verification cancellations can be tracked in the Executive Dashboard within the Applicant Action Matching Report.
In addition the Applicant Action Matching Report will be sent out automatically each month.
