MONTH END CLOSE WORKFLOW | JOB AID
This job aid provides information on the Unit Amenities Report.
This report summarizes market rent and amenities by unit. It allows you to see which amenities are tied to each unit, along with dollar amounts that are added to the market rent to determine the lease rent.
For example, if your property is renovating units, you may have an amenity for “Reno Unit Quartz Countertops” that adds the value of $150 for each unit that has this feature.
To generate this report:
From the menu, select Analytics, then Residential Analytics.
On the Residential Reports screen, complete the following:
Property - enter your property.
Month - enter the current month in the date range (i.e. 8/1/2023 - 8/31/2023)
Report Type - select Unit Amenities
Select Display to run the report.
Review amenities for each unit for consistency. If there are incorrect amenities listed for a unit, add or remove them as needed. Submit a HelpDesk ticket to Revenue Management for questions or assistance.
CM/ACMs should run weekly and update amenities as needed.
