Counselors work as a team, partnering up with Sequoia's TRC, as well as other organizations and resources on and off campus to provide support for students.
Community Overcoming Relationship Abuse (CORA)-
Youth Engagement Advocate (YEA) Program
Sequoia High School's TRC & Counseling Office have collaborated with CORA-YEA for the last three school years offering Flex workshops for students. CORA’s YEA program focuses on dating violence prevention and intervention for youth.
The organization CORA provides safety, support, and healing for individuals who experience abuse in an intimate relationship, and educates the community to break the cycle of domestic violence. Learn more here.
