9/27: Last day to add a class or drop a class without penalty.

11/15: Last day to drop with penalty. No drops after this date.

11/1: Last day to drop an IB course in a testing year.


College Club for seniors is on Tuesdays during 7th period and 4pm-5pm in the College/Career Center, Room 115


Spring 2024 Add/Drop Dates & Other Important Dates

5/24: Last day to request course changes for the 2024-2025 school year. 


It is a SUHSD requirement for all seniors to complete a financial aid application (FAFSA or CADAA) for college or vocational school. Students & parents/guardians that do not plan to complete an application must contact their assigned school counselor to obtain an opt-out form. 

1/17: Financial Aid Informational Night for seniors & parents/guardians in the Carrington at 7pm 

*Spanish will be held in MPR at 7pm

1/20: Seniors, get help with FAFSA or CADAA at Cash for College, 8:30-11:30am in room 115

2/1: Community College Night for Seniors, 7pm in the MPR

2/6: Seniors, get help with FAFSA/CADAA at Cash for College, 5-7pm in room 115

3/2: Seniors, get help with FAFSA/CADAA at Cash for College, 8:30-11:30am in room 115

4/2: Priority deadline for Seniors to submit their financial aid application (FAFSA or CADAA)


*The College & Career Center Advisors are available to support seniors & their parents/guardians with their financial aid application during FLEX, students may schedule an individual appointment in Room 115, or drop-in on Tuesdays after school until 7:00pm. If you want to drop-in on Tuesday after school, please email Ms. Yeager, tyeager@seq.org & Ms. Ignaitis, tignaitis@seq.org to RSVP. Seniors are encouraged to check their seq email and canvas messages regularly for important announcements and additional opportunities.

California Progiciency Program (CPP) Information 

Previously known as CHSPE, CPP provides an opportunity for eligible persons to demonstrate their proficiency in the basic requirements and earn the legal equivalent of a California high school diploma. Please contact your assigned counselor if you are interested in this option. Additional information may be found below.
