🔑 How to Access Your MyPortal Login via Zonemail (Chabot Gmail) 🎓

1. ✅ Check Your SEO Email: If your MyPortal login info is not in your SEO email, then it’s probably in your Zonemail (Chabot Gmail).

2. 🧭 Find Your Zonemail Address

   1. Log into Canvas → canvas.chabotcollege.edu

   2. Click Account (left-hand menu) → Settings

   3. Under Ways to Contact, you'll find your Zonemail address

📧 It should look like: yourname@zonemail.clpccd.edu (username may vary with characters and numbers)

3. 🔐 Log Into Your Zonemail

   1. Go to: http://stumail.clpccd.edu

   2. Enter your full Zonemail address

✅ Must include: @zonemail.clpccd.edu

3. 3. Password = your birthdate in this format: 📅 MMDDYYYY (e.g., 01/01/2000 → 01012000)

4. 📬 Find the MyPortal Email

   1. Look for an email from "donotreply" or subject line "MyPortal"

   2. Open the email and read the instructions carefully!

   3. Step 3 in the email will contain your temporary password to access MyPortal, then change it to something you are comfortable sharing with SEO Staff.

5. Once you're done Activating your MyPortal: Fill out the SEO form to share your login with us, this will help us keep track of your transcripts and enrollment status.
