Submit Unofficial Transcript

• • Every SEO Scholar MUST upload their unofficial transcript every time grades are officially published (usually every semester or year). 

  • You can get your transcript either by downloading it through your student portal (StudentVue, PowerSchool, etc.), by requesting it through your school counselor, by emailing the district directly (SFUSD students only), or by mail from your school.

      • 2) COUNSELOR EMAIL TEMPLATE: 

        • • "Hi! My name is X and I am a student at X school. I am in a program named SEO Scholars, which is a college-access nonprofit. They require that I submit an unofficial transcript to them so they can better advise me. Can you please send me a .pdf of my unofficial transcript with my complete grades once they are released? Thank you."

      • 3) SFUSD Transcript Office Email Address: transcripts@sfusd.edu

        • • Please make sure you email the office using your school SFUSD email address. 

          • If you cannot access your SFUSD email, please include a photo of your SFUSD student ID in your email request.

      • 4) Check with your household to see if you were mailed your transcript at the end of the academic semester/year. You can take a photo or a scan of your paper transcript to send to SEO.

  • Please make sure to upload a clear photo/file of your transcript! Do not upload a screenshot of your grade portal, your report card, or low-quality photos of your transcript. See examples below.
