 Material - Fibers- Paper (one used to make paper bags) , Binders - Fevicol

Process 

1. Take a sheet of paper used to make paper bags which is 145cms in length and 55cms in breadth.

2. Cut them into smaller pieces and soak them in water for 3-4 mins.

3.  Grind them in a grinder and  spread it for air drying so that it becomes almost like powder.

4. Take 500gms of the powder and almost the same amount of Fevicol and mix it to form dough like consistency.

5. Set it well in a mould to gain perfect geometry and remove the mould after 10-15 mins.

6. Leave it for drying

 Material - Fibers- Saw Dust , Binders - Fevicol

Process 

1. Take 500gms of saw dust  and almost the same amount of Fevicol and mix it to form dough like consistency.

2. Set it well in a mould to gain perfect geometry and remove the mould after 10-15 mins.

3. Leave it for drying

Observation 

Combination of saw dust and fevicol cracked out after 24 hours and could not form a solid as fevicol was more fluid .

 Material - Fibers- Saw Dust , Binders - Edible gum or Gondh

Process 

1. Take 150gms of edible gum or gondh and dilute it in 100ml of water, stir it until it dissolved.

2. Take 500 gms of saw dust and the liquid dragon gum mix it well until it forms dough like consistency.

3. Set it well in a mould to gain perfect geometry and remove the mould after 10-15 mins.

4. Leave it for drying

 Material - Fibers- White EPE foam (used for packing) , Binders - Fevicol and PVC glue

Process 

1. Take a sheet of EPE foam used for packing  which is 110cms in length and 50cms in breadth.

2. Cut them into smallest pieces possible

3. Take 500gms of the foam, 240gms of Fevicol and 150gms of PVC glue and mix it to form dough like consistency.

4. Set it well in a mould to gain perfect geometry and remove the mould after 10-15 mins.

5. Leave it for drying.

Observation 

The combination of foam fevicol and PVC glue takes time to dry and is more like sponge than a rigid solid.
