LCC Colorguard

LCC Colorguard & Winterguard

The colorguard is an essential part of the marching band (Maverick Brigade) at LCC.  Students will learn fundamentals of dance (similar to dance class and cheerleading) as well as perform multiple times throughout the year.  You can come in as a beginner with no dance experience or have years of formal dance instruction! 

The winterguard is a continuation of the colorguard through the winter months.  This group works on creating their own show and works without the band.  This activity gives members an opportunity to really dig deep into dance at a much higher level with more time to refine and create a visually stunning show.  

LCC Course for Fall 2024!:  Sign up for the Symphonic Band to get PE credit for colorguard in the fall semester.
