It is recommended you print out and review the help documents below to make sure you fulfill all of the necessary steps in the college application process.
UC/CSU do not evaluate letters of recommendation in their application process. If a student has verified a Counselor recommendation is needed for their application, it is up to the student to ask a potential recommender directly through an email. If the recommender agrees to write a recommendation, please follow each their process for FERPA and packet collection that will be given to each student on an individual basis.

Community college applications are available in the spring. Go to the specific college website for details and dates/deadlines. Students must be 18 years old OR have a high school diploma to apply. Standardized testing (SAT and/or ACT) is not needed to apply. Students are required to take a math and English placement test to determine course placement. There are practice tests available on the community college website.
