As the Image of Nursing Director, I use available resources to promote awareness around how nursing is portrayed—shaping both public perception and media opinion of our profession. Each semester, I help write and publish one article in our Chapter Newsletter focused on the image of nursing. I also plan events for nursing students that highlight our strengths, celebrate our impact, and encourage a positive, professional image within our school and community.

Through this role, my goal is to champion a respectful, accurate, and inspiring view of what nurses do every day.
