Hello, my name is Aitana Coronado. I am the Breakthrough to Nursing Director for 2025-2026 year. As the Breakthrough to Nursing Director, I help support incoming and future nursing students. I attend and help create outreach events, and provide educational resources for those interested in a nursing career.
My goal this year is to make the profession of nursing seem accessible and achievable to aspiring nursing students, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds and communities.

Provide mentorship to individuals who desire a future in health care through presentations, workshops, or speakers
Work collaboratively with SON recruitment and outreach initiatives both within the university and in the community
