In order to best support our students with diverse needs through the transition to adulthood, this adapted program will serve as a guideline for teachers to meet the goals of their IEPs. Where possible, depending on individual need, students will complete the CLE program, though assignments may be adjusted to suit individual needs where applicable at the discretion of teachers, Case Managers, EAs and others who may be involved. Format of assignments may vary, but should function as a portfolio (most students will create a website to fulfill their CLE/CLC requirements) to support the capstone in grade 12.
