Use a Resume and a Cover Letter Template to create a properly-formatted resume and Cover letter. Ensure that all relevant information is listed.
Don't forget to list references with name, contact info, and relationship to you.
Cover letters should have at least three body paragraphs.
The main idea of a cover letter is to introduce yourself and show interest in a position, as well as to sell your experience and skills to a specific job you are applying for. What skills are they looking for? How does your experience meet their needs? Remember - never be negative and don't apologize for your inexperience. They are formal in tone and should demonstrate confidence and respect.
There are millions of pages to teach you how to write a resume, so once you have looked at a few sites, go ahead and create one. You can upload a resume you already have, but it should be up to date and improved where possible. Format, layout and information matter. There is no room for spelling errors on a resume!

Mentorship
None of us gets through life alone. We all look up to someone who helps us to figure out our path, teaches us something about ourselves and life, and models the type of person we hope to be.
What makes a good mentor? Who do you look up to? What lessons have you learned from a mentor in the past? Who might you ask for career and personal advice in the future? What about surviving as an adult or finances?
We all need guidance in life. I have always felt that Mr. Miyagi was a great mentor - he is patient, has a clear vision for Daniel-san, and never lets his student make excuses for himself. Watch the clip, then think about what makes a great mentor.
