The Trailing Blackberry can be trailing for five meters or more. It has prickles. The flowers can be white or pink. There are three leaflets. The stems have prickles. (Grade One student)
The Trailing Blackberry can be found throughout British Columbia. It can be used to make jams and pies. The Coast Salish Nations made tea with dried leaves for medicine. (Grade Two student)
