Designing all five of the Homecoming spreads was fun because I wanted to have them look special as if they were their own mini-section of the book. Homecoming is very special to Brighton as we are big on tradition. My goal was to include as many photo packages as I could while still keeping the design as consistent as other spreads. I loved this dominant photo, so I placed him screaming into the headline, which crossed the gutter to connect to other photo packages. On these spreads in particular, I tied the pull-out quote to a black and white photo with a box highlighting it as it's own seperate mod. I also included a bottom rail of quotes that went along this spread and the other four spreads to get more people's memories and opinion's of Homecoming.
