This PE Department is structured around building individual fitness and exposing students to a variety of activities and sports that will help promote a lifetime of healthy habits.  Through daily warm ups and physical conditioning, the students are able to challenge themselves to build their personal fitness levels.  Students also participate in activity units each quarter which focus on skill development, team building, and sportsmanship.  

The department's motto is "DO WORK!" and has been embedded into the school's culture over the years.  Not only do our students "Do Work" while exercising  during a Tabata session or playing Flag Football, they also demonstrate this phrase school wide, in academic classrooms, extracurricular clubs, and on athletic teams.
