3) Prepare the pie. Beat the eggs in a bowl with the crescenza flakes, a pinch of salt, a little pepper, the breadcrumbs. Add the dried tomatoes and the cooked zucchini and mix again.
4) Complete and cook. Pour the mixture into an oiled 18x24 cm baking dish coated with breadcrumbs. Cut the remaining courgettes into sticks, scald them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, drain them, cool them and place them on the surface of the pie. Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Serve the warm or cold zucchini pie.
