Keep the acceptance letters coming! As you receive your acceptance letters from the colleges or universities of your choice, please bring a copy of those to your counselor.

TSI Testing for College Acceptance
TSI Testing for College Acceptance
We do not provide TSI testing on our campus for current seniors. If you have been told that you need to take a TSI Assessment in order to complete your admissions process with a College or University, that can be done through the testing center at many area Colleges or Universities. Northeast Lakeview, located in Universal City, is a close testing location that does offer the test.
They offer the test by Appointment Only:

On National Decision Day, we honor our seniors as they finalize their Post Secondary plans. Students announce their acceptance and decision to attend a college/university/technical school or official enlistment into a military branch. Documentation of acceptance or enlistment is required to participate in the event and should be submitted to your Counselor by April 24th.

Senior Olympics: Steele HS Football field
Senior students will have the opportunity to return to their past district schools to walk the halls in their cap and gowns as the younger students celebrate and honor them. After the Elephant Walk, seniors will return to school where we will have lunch provided for them and they will get to compete in fun and games on the football field.

This is the day you have been looking forward to since they were born! They have accomplished so much, and it is time to celebrate them as they take the next step toward independence. There is no limit on the number of guests you can bring, and tickets are not required, but you will want to get there early because the seating will fill up quickly and the ceremony will start promptly at 7:30 p.m.
