Complete all Odysseyware classes.
Take all the required State tests for graduation.
Submit work hours. (Scroll down to fill out google form and upload pictures of paystubs or W2s.)
Submit Senior picture and baby picture for the yearbook. (Go to "Graduation Announcements" page on this google hub.)
Pay all student fees.
Fees must be paid at the High School Building. Call Lynn Brown at 419-984-1069 to know how much you owe.
The fees will include the cost for the cap and gown for graduation.
You will keep the cap and gown, but are NOT permitted to decorate the cap for the graduation ceremony.
Turn in the laptop, charger and bag to the SDLC building.
Complete the Rise Up program if you are required to do so.
Attend the Senior Meetings. (See the "Graduation Announcements" page.)
Attend the graduation practice (Scroll down on this page for date and time.)
You must be on time.
You will rehearse for both inside and outside locations.
Show up on Graduation Day (Scroll down on this page for date and time.)
Obtaining a Work Permit
Obtaining a Work Permit
In order to qualify for a work permit you must complete all of the following:
1.) Be on track with all your classes and credit current.
2.) Come to SDLC to obtain an application and your attendance record.
(Please let the office know 24 hours ahead of time in order prepare your documents.)
3.) Submit your application to the Board of Education office for approval.
