While it is often rewarding, our field places extraordinary demands on stamina and patience. We are often advised to "take care of ourselves," and the resources below are intended to help make that expression a reality.ย 

There is never a bad time to focus on your wellness and resilience; however, doing so is especially important if you notice yourself persistently experiencing any of the following: irritability, cynical thoughts, disinterest in socializing, difficulty concentrating, forgetfulness, exhaustion, insomnia, or changes in appetite/eating habits.
