First 2-3 yrs: to First Class (Scout → Tenderfoot → Second Class → First Class)

• Hard skills with some soft skills. 

• Get started on MB (easy ones) 

Beyond First Class - more soft skills (character & leadership), service, MBs

• Star (4 month) - MBs 6 (4+2)

• Life (6 month) - MBs 5 (3+2)

• Eagle (12 month) - MBs 10 (6+4)

Ie. joined at age 11.  First-class by 14, Eagle by age 16.
